Monitor support includes non-interlaced analog VGA and Sync-On-Green (SOG) plus optional digital DVI with screen resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 (VGA) or 1600 x 1200 (DVI) with up to 16.7 million colors (24 bpp). A quad-image BIOS enables the Eclipse3 to operate in virtually any x86 or SPARC system using VGA, RGB+Sync-On-Green, or DVI displays.
The Eclipse3PMC is available either with a front-panel VGA or DVI-I (DVI+VGA) connector. It can be ordered with an on-board 3.3V regulator for systems that do not supply 3.3V to the backplane.
The Eclipse3 is also available in the CompactPCI (CPCI) form factor.

  • GeminiPMC Dual Channel Graphics Controller: (from Rastergraf, Inc)
Rastergraf's GeminiPMC has dual independent, high resolution VGA/DVI graphics controller. The GeminiPMC fulfills high performance requirements for dual channel graphics common to embedded computing processing environments, including Solaris, Linux, Windows, and leading real-time operating systems including VxWorks and LynxOS.
Using two 128-bit Borealis graphics accelerators, the GeminiPMC supports independent 2D, 3D, OpenGL, and DirectX compatible displays. Monitor support includes non-interlaced analog VGA and Sync On Green (SOG) plus optional digital DVI with screen resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 (VGA) or 1600 x 1200 (DVI) with up to 16.7 million colors (24 bpp). A quad-image BIOS enables the GeminiPMC to operate in virtually any x86 or SPARC system using VGA, RGB+Sync-On-Green, or DVI displays.
A unique asynchronous PCI bridge design supports all PMC interfaces from 32-bit, 33 MHz to 64-bit, 66 MHz, while enabling the Borealis graphics accelerators to always operate at 32-bit, 66 MHz.
The GeminiPMC has two standard VGA connectors. When the optional DVI is ordered, they are replaced by an MDR-68 connector, which when used with an available breakout cable, supplies dual DVI-I (DVI+VGA) channels.

  • MPMC301: (from Motorola Inc., Embedded Communications Computing)
Graphics PMC based on the Cirrus 5446 graphics controller with 4MB of video DRAM, this single-wide PMC module with frontpanel I/O provides SVGA support for monitors with upto 1280x1024 resolution

  • PMC-704 Dual Input Output Graphics PMC: (from Curtiss-Wright Controls, Inc.)
PMC-704 is a PCI Mezzanine Card (PMC) form factor, ruggedized, high-performance, feature rich Graphics PMC. This IEEE 1386.1 Graphics PMC is the premiere Graphics PMC in our product line. PMC-704 will provide a platform for customers to design, develop and deploy high-performance graphics sub-systems capable of supporting synthetic graphics and video overlay output as well as analog and digital capture.
